A Delegation from the Holy Shrine of Imam Ali (PBUH) Visits Multiple Iraqi Universities and Cultural Associations.
The head of the Media Department, Mr. Fa’iq al-Shimari, as well as the head of the Public Communications, Mr. Ali al-Khafagi, represented the holy shrine of Imam Ali (PBUH).
“Firstly, we met with the President of Thi-Qar University, Dr. Riyadh al-Azirjawi. Afterwards, we visited some faculties in the university and met with their academic staffs,” Fa’iq stated to the Media Center of the Holy Shrine.
“Moreover, we visited the al-Khutwa Mosque in Basra and met with its secretary general, Ali al-Baghdadi. We are aiming at increasing and building firm communications with these institutions as the Millennium of Imam Ali’s Martyrdom draws near. Consequently, these institutions will help us spread the thought of Imam Ali (PBUH) more.”
