Hujjat al-Islam wa al-Muslimin Seyyed Jalal Hosseini said, “The donation and endowment consultation offices formed to guide people in the area of endowments and donation is ready to respond pilgrims’ questions which are related to the issue of endowments”. 
He went on to say, “Seven offices of this kind has ever been formed in Razavi Holy Shrine. Some of these offices are open and give services 24/7 during holy month of Ramadan”.
Assistance of Islamic propagations of Astan Quds Razavi reiterated, “Of course with respect to high number of pilgrims during Ramadan, many various programs including religious, cultural, and questioning programs, knowledge circles, and supplication and prays recitations,  are held 24/7”.
He added, “Offices of endowments and donations in Azadi Courtyard and Dar al-Willayah Portico are open in all 24 hours and those located in Inqelab, Jumhuri, and Razavi Comprehensive courtyards and also in Dar al-Hujjah and Dar al-Marhamah Porticos are open since 8 a.m. up to 10 p.m.”. 
Hosseini reiterated, “One of the main and special approaches of Astan Quds Razavi is to absorb highest level of people’s support through good tradition of endowment. Endowments consultation offices were launched to meet this end. Experts of these offices are supplied by the organization’s Islamic propagations assistance”.
