The Media Department of the Holy Shrine of Imam Ali (PBUH) Participated in the Quranic Assembly in the Holy Shrine of Maitham al-Tammar.
In cooperation with the Quranic Radio Station of the Holy Shrine of Imam Hussein (PBUH), the Holy Shrine of Maitham al-Tammar held this assembly.
The head of the Media Department, Fa’iq al-Shimmari, the head of the News Division, Haidar Shamran, and the introducer Haidar Raheem, represented the delegation of the Holy Shrine and they started the Quranic assembly.
Fa’iq al-Shimmari said, “The Secretariat of the Holy Shrine of Imam Ali (PBUH) participates in Quranic assemblies because it aspires to activate the cultural and religious awareness. The holy shrines today are pulpits for cultural and intellectual matters. Moreover, we are supporting the scientific movements in the holy shrine.”
