The Religious Affairs Department at Imam Ali(AS) Holy Shrine Launches a Quranic Project on Social Media.
The Public Communication Division in the Religious Affairs Department in the Holy Shrine of Imam Ali (PBUH) launched a project for correcting the recitation of Sura al-Fatiha (a chapter in the Holy Quran) for English and Urdu speakers.
The head of the Division Sheikh Nasir Abass said, “We used Whatsapp application for this project. People from the United States, England, Canada, India, Pakistan, China and others approved and participated in the project.”
“We receive the voice messages of the recitation of the holy Sura. Afterwards, we correct the mistakes and send them the correct recitation. We answer the messages daily from 6-7p.m local time,” he added.
