Hujjat al-Islam wa al-Muslimin Seyyed Ebrahim Raeisi, at the conference “Revolutionary Believer Seminarian”, commemorating the martyr Navab Safavi which was held in the Quds Hall of Razavi Holy Shrine stated, “Whoever makes endeavor to bring hope to people and to solve livelihood concerns and problems has definitely taken a step toward revolutionary and jihadi doctrine.”
“Those who instead of focusing on solving problems, highlight marginal issues and address false matters acts contrary to the demands of the people” Member of the Expediency Council added.
He emphasized that the election is now over, and we must unravel the country’s problems with social cohesion and stated, “The result of being remained in the election atmosphere and raising divergent issues by some people is deterioration of country’s progress and the lives of people.”
“Today, if the martyr Navab Safavi was among us, was one of the officers of the government obedient to the Supreme Leader’s command, and he would act according to the volition of the people” Member of the Assembly of Experts reiterated.
“Those who are struggling to bipolarize society” he said “are certainly acting against the people’s hope and peace.”
Hujjat al-Islam wa al-Muslimin Raeisi, further referred to the noble personality of the Shahid Navab Safavi and expressed, “Martyr Navab Safavi was an Islam expert, timely and insightful figure, who established the connection between pen and the sword.”
“The politics of the martyr Navab was along with his religion; this martyr linked the past warriors such as martyr Sheikh Fazlullah Noori and Martyr Modarres with contemporary ones like Imam Khomeini (R.A.)” he added.
“This martyr in the path of God has always fought against domestic tyranny, foreign exploitation and manifestations of arrogance” he commented.
Member of the Expediency Council, arguing that martyr Navab believed that religion should rule all aspects of contemporary human life, reiterated, “We believe that religion can be the answer to all the questions of contemporary human life.”
He further explained the criteria of being revolutionary believer seminarian and said, “The lifestyle of martyr Navab Safavi is a model for revolutionary and believer seminarians. This martyr in behavior, practice and morality is a very good model for our society.”
Hujjat al-Islam wa al-Muslimin Raeisi, mentioned today's society in need of recognizing the thought of Martyr Navab Safavi and remarked “A believing seminarian after devotion to Islam must understand the strategies of religion and believe that the new Islamic thought can be realized in the light of revolutionary thought.”
He called another characteristic of the religious and revolutionary seminarian as familiarity with the goals of the Islamic government and stated, “Islamic society is a one in which thought, morality and practice are entirely based on jurisprudence and religious teachings.”
Member of the Assembly of Experts of Leadership introduced the third feature of the revolutionary believer seminarian as familiarity with the time, and enunciated, “The political stance of a seminary student does not mean membership in the political groups and factions, but it means that the he recognizes the requirements of his time and acts to fulfill his duty.”
He mentioned the fourth characteristic of the revolutionary believer seminarian as the sense of responsibility for the needs of the revolution, and expressed, “The three basic missions for seminarians are familiarity with science and religious teachings and the implementation of religion in society, in each of which students must enter with revolutionary spirit and only God to be the priority in this path.
“A revolutionary seminarian must recognize the scientific, managerial, political, social and economic requirements of the society, must be sensitive to the perils and harm of the society and by knowing the cultural and social damages, try to eliminate them” Grand Custodian of Astan Quds Razavi enunciated.
Stating that the attempt to dispatch the revolutionary and Islamic values and awakening of nations is one of the other duties of a faithful and revolutionary seminarian he said, “Unfortunately, some people in the clerical cloth have a secular view in the social atmosphere.”
“In every field we sought domestic capacities, it has been the area of our development, and wherever we sought the economic salvation etc., through the hands of foreigners has been the domain of our defeat, and wherever we maintained distance from revolutionary perspective we have been stopped” Hujjat al-Islam wa al-Muslimin Raeisi remarked.
