Terror, a Significant Tool of Enemy to Progress Political Power.

Manager of non-Iranian pilgrims’ affairs of Astan Quds Razavi said, “Terror is one of the enemies’ tools to progress their political power”.

Speaking at the first commemoration ceremony of Afghanistan’s research martyrs which was held with endeavor of Razavi Cultural Foundation, resident Afghan immigrants in Mashhad and Astan Quds Razavi, Seyyed Mohammad Javad Hashemi Nejad paid tribute to all the martyrs and said, “Colonialists have occupied, both directly and indirectly, many countries throughout the history and they have been sources of lots of calamities. One of these occupied countries is Afghanistan”. This ceremony was held in Research Foundation of Astan Quds Razavi.
He introduced terror and terrorist as two products of great powers’ will to forward their political goals. He also stated, “Almost all political terms have got their own specific meanings; terror and terrorism have no clear meaning, however”. 
Noting that American Senate offered last century a bill for the definition of the concept of terror and terrorism, he added, “This bill could not be passed in American Senate as they knew it very well that every definition of the terms will make it clear that they are supporter of terrorism”.
Noting that formation of terrorist groups is a fruit of western countries, manager of non-Iranian pilgrims’ affairs of Astan Quds Razavi went on to say, “It is clearly said by Clinton in Hard Choices that “al-Qaeda and Taliban are two groups we formed ourselves”. 
He stressed, “According to the western countries, West Asia is the center of the world and whoever can dominate this area will be world lord. Thus, the calmness, development and progresses of this region is not consistent with their interests”.
Referring that Afghanistan has tolerated various types of problems and calamities in last forty years but it has not been capitulated against arrogant powers, Hashemi Nejad said, “Proud nation of Afghanistan has provided the world with valuable lessons of liberation”.
In continuation of this ceremony, Seyyed Ahmad Moballeq, head of Atlas News Agency in Afghanistan, and Hujjat al-Islam wa al-Muslimin, Zahir Mojahed, cultural responsible of Fatemiyoun corps  delivered their speeches.
It is worth mentioning that in a terrorist attack by ISIS to the Tebyan Cultural Center in Afghanistan on December 28th, 125 people were killed.
