The Alavi Holy Shrine's Baghdad branch of the House of the Holy Quran celebrates a new graduating class.

The branch of the House of the Holy Quran in Baghdad that belongs to the Religious Affairs Department in the Holy Shrine of Imam Ali (PBUH) celebrated the graduation of two graduating classes in pondering on the Quran and Quranic intonation.

Anees al-Sa’adi said, “In al-Rasool al-Atham mosque, we concluded the course of pondering on the Quran that lasted for a year. However, we concluded another course in the Quranic intonation that lasted for seven months. More than thirty students participated in both courses. The lectures were Mrs. Isma’t al-Mousawi and Mr. Abbas al-Mishidawi.”

“The participants and the lecturers were given certificates and gifts from the Holy Shrine. The branch is keeping making other courses throughout the year,” he added.
