A Multinational delegation gather in holy city of Kerbela.
Imam Hussein Shrine welcomed a high-profile multinational delegation that came to participate in the Arba’een pilgrimage.
Mehdi El-Husseini, delegation’s affairs coordinator, said that the delegation consisted of 80 figures: politicians, thinkers, and media men from Canada, America, Argentina, Brazil, Argentina, Russia, Bolivia, Lebanon, and North America.
He added that the members of the delegation were of different religions and religious denominations. He said further that the delegate of Russia’s president, imam of Ulfo Mosque in Russia, and imam of Muslims Mosques in Los Angles – America, were within the delegation.
El-Husseini also said that the delegation partook in the rituals of the Arba’een pilgrimage such as walking, in recognition of Imam Hussein’s story and his remarkable characteristics.
